My home insurance requires me to have a monitoring certificate that shows I have 24/7 fire and burglar monitoring. If I opt into Arlo Fire Detection on the premium plan, would "fire" be checked off on the security certificate?
What cameras are capable of doing fire monitoring? Do they have to be interior cameras?

The "fire" notifications are just AI-determined that something red is seen. I have had various videos wrongly noted as fire. In any event, it's just the subscription that gets you the discount, whether you set up all the options or not.

My insurance specifically calls out that I need fire monitoring. Is there an option that would select up burglar and fire on the certificate?

The certificate will show which services you have enabled for your particular location.

Interestingly, my account has fire notifications enabled but not smoke/CO2 but my certificate shows just the opposite.

Does your certificate show that you have smoke/CO2 enabled? Thanks for sharing what you're able to see.
My insurance is Arbella.

Yes, although it's not actually enabled.

@happy_and_round I can have support reach out to you. That way you can get what you need for your insurance provider. I just need you to dm me a good callback number as well as a good time to call. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
