is anyone else having this issue? I cannot get onto my Arlo account from my computer. It’s telling me my password and email are invalid. But I can get on the form to make this post with that same email and password lol also when I go to the website from my phone to manage my subscriptions, my name and password work, but it says they don’t recognize my device and cannot get past this stage and it just loads. Very very frustrating with what is going on with Arlo lately. Very frustrating.

Not in your screenshots.  Its waiting for two factor authentication.

 

Are you getting the push notification on your phone?  If not, have you tried the "try another verification method" link and selected email?

 

Note your forum account and your arlo account can use different credentials.  While many folks do use the same credentials, many do not.

It works now however one of my cameras is not getting 24/7 recording i had an online chat with and agent who sees the 24/7 on arlos end but on my end nothing!! it’s one problem after another

@Jcapache41 are you still seeing the same behavior with your cameras not continuously recording?
