Hi,
I'm using the arlo web page, and everything seems to work fine except loading the 'Mode' page. It never gets past the 'Please wait...' image. This is consistently an issue across different PCs, using both Chrome and Edge browsers.
Does anyone understand why I can't open 'Mode' on arlo's web version?

There’s been a number of customers saying that they have the same issue.
The recommendation is to contact arlo support and raise a fault case. Refer to the support link in the arlo app settings for contact options.

Do you have a base station with the cameras or are the cameras direct connected to the local wifi router?

They're directly connected to the wifi, I don't have a base station.
