I keep getting the unable to process electronic payment message. It will not let me speak with a live agent because I don't have a subscription WHICH I'M TRYING TO BUY!!!! Very annoying as it seems to be an issue on Arlos end.

Did you try from a different device or browser? I can also create a case for you. Can you provide a good contact number and time to call as well. You can do this by sending me a dm, you send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.

A couple folks found that autofill didn't work for them. So if you are using that, then try entering the payment info by hand.

Phone support is only available between 6 am and 6 pm US pacific time.
