Trying to change my WiFi thru the app. Can not get the keypad to the pint of the quickly flashing led to move to next step. Customer services direction was to completely remove hub and all sensors and reprogram as new setup. That’s not something I’m really wanting to do again. Anyone have similar problem?

Is it possible to change the new network to have the same SSID and password as before? Sorry, can't answer your original question so this may be a workaround.

I tried that also. Wouldn’t work. Not sure if it was a IP issue. There’s an option and steps to do it. But it doesn’t work.
