Are you still experiencing the symptom?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

What troubleshooting are you referring to? When trying to log into the updated Arlo app on android (Samsung Galaxy) the correct email & password immediately returns "An error has occurred. Please try again."

There are no "troubleshooting" steps, other than coming here and trying to find a solution.

ave you tried the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if it happens there, too?
