In trying to get rid of the green dot next to Settings, I tried adding family and pet information for emergency response. No luck in trying to add either. When I click finish, I get a green banner message saying "We're Sorry, Arlo is currenty unavailable. Please try again later"

It seems to be a bug that I can only add family and pet information for emergency response using the phone app. When using the Web app, and clicking the "Add Family" or Add Pet" you can not do this. If you use the little + inside the circle in the upper right, you can add people and pets.

Can you try from a different browser or incognito mode?

The problem only happens when the below screen appears and you try to use the "Add Family" or "Add Pets" links for the first time. I could only add them by using the + in the circle in the upper right hand corner. Now since I've added my family and pets, I don't see this screen anymore.

That is interesting, I will pass this information onto the development team so they can take a look at it. I appreciate you for providing that information.
