Unable to log in past MFA

Account was fine on May 10th 2025. May 11th 2025, the app errored out & said authentication method removed. But my mobile devices & number are still there.  I tried to login on a computer & then it wants to send me a code to my number on file which displays the last 4 but I never get a code.  I am unable to log in to the web or app. I cannot reset MFA because I can't get past the code screen to get to my account settings.  I was able to change my password thinking that was a problem. Same result. I'm unable to change my mode to home & had to unplug the base station. HELP please!  I do not pay for a support call & chat help was useless. I read there was a problem 5 days ago, but system status says all good.

Disregard, it just worked  for some reason.......
