Unable to Update Arlo Smart Elite Plan

It's time to add 2 more cameras to my subscription.  They have been on a trial.  Trying to update my plan to the 'unlimited camera' option and nothing happens when I select "SUBSCRIBE."  Anyone else have this issue?
