Can't subscribe to a plan I'm in Colombia

Hi, I'm trying to subscribe to a plan so I can watch recordings but there's no button or anything to subscribe when I go to the "Subscription" menu, is this something limited to certain countries? I previously had a Ring video doorbell cloud subscription and I had no restrictions because of my location, thanks

Yes , Arlo doe not cover all countries with service plans.... see

Thanks for the reply. Not sure why would you not let people from other countries subscribe to plans that's dumb, I guess I lost my money then.
