I'm trying to find out where/what I am being billed.  I've checked all my usual places (paypal, credit card, etc) and can find nowhere to find Arlo automatic payments.  Is there any way to talk to a real person?  So frustrating!!!  I finally ran across a page where, if you want to talk to an agent, you  must pay $2.99 a month.  Pay to talk to someone??  Ridiculous!

If you’re a paying subscriber you should be able to see what subscription you have by looking in the subscription page of the app. Settings/ subscription.

Diquilts,

As mentioned above, you can check your subscription details in your account under Settings > Subscription. If you do not have a subscription, you shouldn't be receiving any monthly charges.
