I'm trying to find out where/what I am being billed. I've checked all my usual places (paypal, credit card, etc) and can find nowhere to find Arlo automatic payments. Is there any way to talk to a real person? So frustrating!!! I finally ran across a page where, if you want to talk to an agent, you must pay $2.99 a month. Pay to talk to someone?? Ridiculous!
