Trying to buy subscription but says no camera in my account? I can see on iPhone but not on laptop?

I am trying to add the month subscription for my arlo essential cameras.  Because currently I can not see any recordings because my free 3 month trial ended.  When I go to buy the subscription it says I have no cameras in my account.  Which I can see them on my phone.  So I tried to add them on my laptop, but they don't add.  My iphone and laptop are on the same wifi.  So if I can add on my phone, I would think I should be able to add just fine on my laptop.  I just want to be able to see my recordings and get the month subscription, but finding this to be difficult.

Is it possible that you are using a friend account?
