2 of my cameras are updated and working, but I can not connect the other 2.

Need all details. Were they ever connected or is this a new install? What have you tried and what do you see?

I have been able to connect and set up 2 out of 4 Camareas ( essential spot light outdoor) after trying for 4 days. Had to get a stronger Wi-Fi. I have a 5g that my phone is connected to and during the process of trying to set up other other 2, the App has scanned in both cameras with the QR code with a chime sound, then it trys to scan to locate the 2, which IS NOT doing.

If possible, try disabling the 5GHz band on the router temporarily so only the 2.4GHz band is available for your phone and camera. You can also try the reset procedure below:
