System access Arlo Secure

I have authorised my wife to access the Arlo Secure system. But every time she goes to use the Ap I am required to authenticate her. How can I stop this being necessary. She must be able to view cameras if i am not available . As anyone resolved this ?

The granted user needs to manage their own 2fa requests to her own account and app device.
