I have just bought three Arlo Pro 4 cameras and did set them successfully up. For a subscription plan I went to

https://www.arlo.com/asia/arlosecure.html

where I click on subscript for annual Arlo Secure Plan. I then get redirected to

https://my.arlo.com/account/v4/#/login

where I use my Arlo credentials. From here I get to

https://my.arlo.com/account/v4/#/subscription/plans

where the loading animation "Please wait ..." runs endelssly. No error message, just spinning and spinning and spinning. What do I do wrong? Any hint is much appreciated.

Just learned that subscriptions are not available in Thailand. The cameras will go straight back where they came from, refund process initiated. 

 

Would be nice though not the ship products to countries where they can't be used.

They can be used, just not with a subscription. If you have a system that includes a SmartHub, you can set up local recordings as a (poor) substitute for cloud recordings.
