Arlo invoiced me for £53.33 and then took £58.82 from my bank. How does that work? So far I've got nowhere with phonecalls, chats and emails. They claim to have escalated the complaint, but I've yet to hear back. I am raising a dispute with my bank for an unauthorised payment and will be taking this to the |Financial Ombudsman. This company needs to be closed down.

Hi,
I have now had a response and understand how the billing worked, thank you.
However I still want to cancel my renewed annual contract, which I believe I can do under consumer law and receive a refund of the balance.

Support will have to help you with that as well. Did you ask them about that when they had reached out to you?
