I am having difficulty setting up a schedule for two different cameras to alternate being armed every other day. I was able to do it on the old app with the scheduling feature with no problem, but with the new automations set up, I am having difficulty getting it to work.

the other two cameras, do not need to be armed or disarmed at the same time. Four days on for one camera in three days on for the other camera is fine. This is what I had on my previous schedule on the original app.
Ok.
First set up "Arm Away" to arm the doorbell and one of the two cameras. Set up "Arm Home" to arm the doorbell and the other camera. You do this by going into the two modes, and removing the rule for the camera you want disarmed when that mode is in use.
Then set up two schedule automations. One is scheduled for 4 days each week, and switches the mode to "Arm Away". The other is scheduled for 3 days each week, and switches the mode to "Arm Home".
One tricky part here is the enable list (right under the automation name). That should be set to "Arm Home" and "Arm Away" in both automations. If you also include "Standby" in this list, then the schedule will continue running even if you manually change the mode to "Standby". If you leave it out, then the system will remain in "Standby" (disarmed) until you change it back.
If you have trouble getting this working, post screen shots of the automations.

Do you have other cameras?
Do you ever want both cameras armed (or disarmed)?
Is having one camera armed 4 days a week and the other armed 3 days a week close enough to what you want?
