I've finally got my Arlo Pro 3s visible on the updated Arlo Secure app/UI, both on my device and those of my families (via granting access).

Regarding the ability to turn off/on individual cameras, I retain that capability, however, granting admin level access to family members doesn't give them the same power. They can see the battery charge and even the slider to turn it off, however, when they attempt to turn devices off the slider refuses to flip to off. I have tried arm home mode with automation, removing all automation, even standby mode with rules, and also without rules. I can turn them off/on whenever. Family members despite having admin access can see the off/on slider but are unable to action it.

Under your settings - people do you have it toggled to allow them access rights?

Yes, as above, all granted access at admin level. I've tried removing and granting new access, logging out/in, deleting app and clean reinstall too.

Never an issue prior to Arlo Secure UI update.

Do you and all granted access users all show feed at the bottom of the app, is anyone showing library?

We all have the updated UI in the Arlo Secure app, showing feed.

Try removing the authorized users and then re-adding them.

Tried already but tried again. No difference.
