Hello & Sorry for posting the same issue again 😞

I'm unfortunately experiencing again the same issue I described here:
https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Secure/Replace-the-smartphone-on-the-user-with-grant-access/m-p/2...

I replaced the iPhone of the granted (secondary) user. The user logged out of the old phone, and I removed the access from my master account. Then, I sent a new invitation. The user accepted it, first logging in via a Windows device, then on the new iPhone.

From my master account, I can see the new device listed. Location access is enabled on the new iPhone, and iOS shows that the Arlo app is using location (purple arrow is visible).

However, in the “Enabled Devices” list on my master device, the location arrow next to the new device remains grey—not green like it is for my own device.

Has anyone found a solution for this?
I’ve already tried all the steps mentioned in the thread linked above.

Thanks!

That is because the secondary phone's account controls that setting.
