Hello 

 

Does anyone know how long it takes for Arlo to refund a canceled subscription? This was done Saturday morning and just wondering. It seems like Arlo customer service doesn’t wanna help. I figure maybe some one in this community has information on it or can get me to someone to help out. Please and thank you!

Unfortunately, they normally don't refund canceled subscriptions.

 

Instead the subscription remains in effect until the end of the billing period.

So since it was an annual subscription, I have to wait a year then? Am I reading this correct?

HA,  the more time I spend on this board/ gettingexposed to ARLO - the more I learn about their ridiculous practices 🤯

Yup and since I’m not a subscription customer, they won’t answer or help, which is unprofessional as a company.

That is the way I read this:

But I don't work for Arlo, and maybe a refund is a possibility for you.  I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - in hopes they can engage support for you.

Well I got an email when I did unsubscribe that I got a refund related reversal and the total was the same as the annual subscription.
