Record Locally not working (Greyed Out)

I have a 128 gb Onn class 10, u3, v30, A1 micro sd card. I formatted it inside my Rony body camera which put it to Fat 32. I already confirmed this. Ive reset the device multiple times and reconnected it with no success. It just keeps the greyed out record locally toggle. I need this to work moving forward and was wondering if anyone has some suggestions. Im on Verizon Lte.

The card has no bearing on being able to toggle that setting.

You say you reset the hub - do you mean you removed it from your account? Did you also hold the reset button until the LED starts flashing amber? Try the web client on a computer browser to see if that works.

What device?  Is this an Arlo hub or is it a Go 2 camera?
