Received notifications, app indicates there is a recording, but when opened no recording

My doorbell camera was replaced and everything was working fine. Today I get notifications of motion and when I go to the app there isnt a recording from the doorbell camera. I checked my subscription and it shows the doorbell is subscribed. Also on the app it shows a orange dot on the setting, this showed up when I removed the old doorbell camera and added the new one. I think the app thinks this new doorbell isn’t subscribed as the video disappears a split second after I open the app on IOS . A manual recording will show up in the library.

There was a service issue yesterday, with quite a few people reporting notifications with no recordings.  Are you still seeing this?

 

If so, have you checked the subscription status of the camera?
