Hi
Since upgrading to UX4 to resolve a geo-fencing issue, I’m finding one of my cameras, a Pro 4 is losing connection to the base on a weekly basis. This was not a problem before upgrading. I’ve checked all firmware, removed and re-added, moved close to the wifi and tried with power. None of which make a difference. The only way to fix is by pulling the battery, however, this only lasts about a week before another disconnection. I also have 3 pro 2’s, which work fine.

You've done what I would suggest so use the app to go to Settings, Support and select your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer.
