I am currently paying for a monthly subscription and have been for several years. My card has continuously been charged and I have a charge as recent as October 11. However, my subscription is not showing up on my account and I cannot even contact support to cancel the charges or get help. Does anyone have any tips on how to get the subscription to show up on my account or have you just had to contact your banks and report fraudulent charges? I cannot even cancel the subscription through Arlo as it does not show up on my account.
