I am trying to subscribe to the service and unable to login

I recently installed 3 Arlo Cameras and all are working fine. I'm looking now to subscribe to Arlo Security Plan Basic (unlimited cameras) and I select the option and then it will take me to a second login screen.  Will enter my username and password and will receive the message that my device is not trusted.  I trust the device and confirm the push notification received on my phone app.  After this the page just remains with the spinning circle in the middle and a "please wait" message or I will receive the something went wrong message and it just stays there.

 

I'm not sure if this affects why, but I've installed my cameras in Costa Rica (which is why I don't want the premium option) and really need to be able to have video recordings from my camera. I am attaching a screenshot of the error mentioned above.

Unfortunately, Arlo doesn't offer subscriptions in Costa Rica
