I was charged twice this month on my service I pay 14.99 a month an this month you took out that amount on two different days it was taken out on the 19th I’m thinking it was an then it was taken out on the 20th why was I charged the extra 14.99 I called the bank to make sure it was charged from Arlo an it’s the same please place that money back in my account
