Changing the notification sound in iPhone 8

Hello my family has 4 Arlo Secure cameras, Pro 4 model. Mom has an iPhone 8, version 6.0.5 of the app. She wants to hear a loud ding sound when any camera detects movement, which it did a couple months ago but somehow stopped doing that.

When I go in the app, Settings > Notifications > Notification tone menu, I only see three options. Default OS Tone is silent for some reason. Vibrant and Marimba are kind of soft, Mom wants something louder and urgent.

Is there any way to change the sound? Or did an app update recently remove that option? Thank you in advance.

Those three sounds are the ones that are available for iOS.

Go into the phone settings and look for "Default Alerts"  You can change the default OS Tone setting there.

Maybe try "Note", or go into "Classic" and select "Ding".
