 I would like to know if I paid for the year as the bill says why was I charged on April 16, $21.19 also why am I being charged on May 14 for $21.19 I would like a refund

I have not heard from anyone about being charged twice for a monthly charge after I paid for a yearly fee. My phone number is I am available any day after 2 PM.
