I had trouble placing an order on Arlo.com for a wireless doorbell, extra battery, chime, and two batteries for Arlo 2 cameras. I ended up placing the order twice but didn’t realize it until two identical boxes arrived via FedEx.
I called support and talked to a nice gentleman who initiated the RMA request. He said I would hear back from them about the RMA. That’s been over 5 days now with no response.
I can’t find a number to call and cannot remember how I found it in the first place. Help someone!
