I’m happy and have paid for this month’s subscription. However my account still shows the cameras and base station are on a trial. What is the process for moving these to the subscription ? Thanks, Bruce

You cancel the trial for the cameras, and then move them into the subscription plan.
The base wouldn't be on a trial - subscriptions are only for cameras.

Please give details on how to cancel trail on cameras. I have toured settings on mobile device app and computer My Arlo but find no setting that allows trail to be cancelled. I, too, would like to move cameras to my subscription Arlo Secure Plan.
