I have recently switched to a new iPhone, and geofencing has probably not worked since then. I have not cleared my profile from the old iPhone yet. I just turned it on and see that geofencing is working properly on the old phone; is this the problem? If I reset the old phone will this solve the problem?

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming one of the cameras?

No - when I 'make' a recording it does not save. On the 'mode' page of the App the shared device shows as offline.

hmm.. the account was originally in my late husband's name (deceased July 2022), but I am still using the same settings. Is this the problem?

Problem solved. Just had to un-install app on new phone, then re-install. Now working properly!
