Trying to go thru the automated support after getting 2 notifications the credit card is not valid. The auto process indicates an email is sent to the profile email account, however nothing has been received for profile update. They were sent to the same email that indicates the account will soon be shutdown, so it is NOT a problem with the email.
How can I speak to someone who can call me to discuss the issue and a solution?
