Hi James,
I noticed that when using the Arlo Web Portal, and you go to Routines => Modes => Arm Home or Arm Away, the ability to scroll the page is not enabled. Without scrolling enabled, you can't see all of your devices.

How 'bout, while they're looking at the web portal, they also look at when you set the FOV frame, there's no way to save the settings...just the message that if you leave now, your settings will not be saved.

Good Morning Brooke,
Guess I spoke too soon on the FOV issue and should have waited a day to try it again. That day, when done setting the FOV, clicking on the magnifier icon to save it would do nothing but today it's OK. Of course the original issue of the scrolling still remains.

Where does Arlo stand on fixing this issue. I reported this problem to Arlo Support this morning, not knowing it was previously reported. I then found this discussion on the very same topic. The bad news is the support person I spoke with didn't even know this was an ongoing problem for the portal. You would think Arlo would do a better job of keeping their support personnel up to speed on existing reported problems that are being investigated and providing more updates to the community on the findings and plans to fix the issues reported by the community.
