My base station shows getting information can not changed armed or disarmed.

I have already redownloaded the app and tried resetting my base. I cant disarm or arm my cameras as usual.

WHich user interface (UI) do you use? The old one uses Library to view videos while the new one uses Feed. Have you tried rebooting the phone as well as trying the web client (my.arlo.com)?
