I have been an Arlo user for years but recently, and specifically after I added Solar Power to one of my cameras, the modes and schedules have stopped working. It has been close to a month now and I'm tired of calling Arlo support which is basically "I'm Sorry". I have spent well over $1000 on this system and expect it to work.
Basically, during Standy which should begin at 6:00am, only my Doorbell camera should be operational. If I move it manually to Standby it does so and works accordingly. During Arm Home, which should become active at 9:00PM, four outside cameras should become active.
Arlo Support has been useless - I can provide screen shots if this is helpful. Any input would be appreciated.

You might want to post more of the screen. But you need to click on automations (right below "Modes"). You don't edit the automations from "Modes".

I will attach screen shots from both my phone (android system) as well as my Windows 11 PC. They do not match and the Windows attempts to change the system do not work. One other thing which I did not mention - My Arm Home is scheduled for everyday at 9PM. It works everyday at 6AM when I have already put it into Standby Mode.
From My PC:
PLEASE NOTE THAT ON THE PC ONLY THE NIGHT SCHEDULE IS VISIBLE TO ME AND IT CANNOT BE EDITED. IT IS ALL CORRECT ON MY PHONE AND TABLET.
Any help would be appreciated.

You posted screenshots of the modes, not the schedule automations (Day and Night).
It looks like you have the enable lists set incorrectly - screenshots of the automations would help me confirm that.

Here you go - it should be noted (at least I think it should) that these two screens are not available to me when I log in via the website.

Not sure why that is (assuming you are logging in with the same credentials).
In any event, the enable lists (right below the automation name) are set incorrectly.
- "Night" is set up to only run when the system is already in Arm Home Mode. So it has no effect.
- "Day" is similarly set up to only run when the system is already in Standby. So it also has no effect.
Both should be enabled to run in both Arm Home and Standby.

Thank you for your answer, but I don't understand your answer. If I am in Standby - since 6:00AM, it should move to Arm Home at 9:00PM and remain so until the next cycle begins again at 6:00AM. Is there an additional step I need to add to each automation??

The enable list is right under the automation name.
This specifies what modes the system needs to be in for the automation to run. That is not the same as the mode in the action section of the automation.
Your "Night" automation is only enabled in "Arm Home". That means it only runs when the system is already in "Arm Home". You need to make sure it is enabled in "Standby" as well - because the system is in Standby when you want the automation to trigger.
Your "Day" automation has the same problem. It is only enabled in "Standby" - so it only runs when the system is already in "Standby". So you need to make sure it is also enabled in "Arm Home" - because the system is in "Arm Home" when you want the automation to trigger.

Ok - so nothing I have done has worked. I have now eliminated all schedules and re-entered them. I have moved to a Sunrise and sunset schedule. At Sunrise - we move to Standby; at Sunset we move to Arm Home. I have attached all screenshots. PLEASE HELP!
please let me know if any other screen shots are needed.

You didn't show the evening automation (or Arm Home).
"Morning" is configured to trigger when the system is already in "Arm Home" mode at sunrise, and will switch to "Stand by". That should work (assuming the system was in Arm Home at night).
"Evening" should be symmetric - configured to trigger when the system is already in "Stand by" at Sunset, and switch to "Arm Home".
I'm tagging @Adam_B (Arlo) in case he has a suggestion.

Hello @N5XTH -- I am just joining the conversation so let me try to summarize what I can see here:
You have 2 schedules, 'Morning' and 'Evening'
- Your Morning schedule is only triggered if your active mode is ARM HOME at SUNRISE and it will change the mode to STANDBY.
- Your Evening schedule is only triggered if your active mode is STANDBY at SUNSET and it will change the mode to ARM HOME.
- I also see that your 'Morning' schedule is DISABLED and your 'Evening' schedule is ENABLED.
Do you agree with this?

Just want to add that the system was in STANDBY when the screenshot was taken, so this is consistent with the automation enable list.

The automations worked both last night and this morning. BUT now that it is in Standby Mode - the Backyard Camera is being activated - it should only be the Doorbell which is active during Stand By. Any idea why....

No idea why, but you might want to try
- Adding the backyard camera to Standby, save. Then go back in and delete it.
- Restarting the camera (and if it is paired to a hub, restarting the hub as well).
