Is there a way to revert this dumb update? I updated the app on my iPhone 13, and it singlehandedly RUINED my set up. I had 3 cameras and a doorbell. once I updated to the "new" app not only did they all disappear they will not come back. I tried revoking access and inviting myself back in with no success. i have other devices on older versions of the app and they work just fine. this is ridiculous. is there a way to revert the app update and go to the older version of Arlo secure: home security app or am I just screwed from this device. I have re-sent invitation emails to my other devices and they have access but they do not pop up in the app.

It appears to be an issue with folks who are still using the old interface that uses Library to view recordings. Is that true for you, too?

Arlo began rolling out a new user interface back in 2023. Folks using the original UI see "Library" in their app menu, folks using the new one instead see "Feed" and "Dashboard".
Old accounts have slowly been migrated to "Feed" - some intentionally by users, but I think also some silently migrated by Arlo.

Ok so what are my options, the current situation is unacceptable as I need to view the local recordings on my phone because I am not always at home and do not take my tablet with me when I am away

This appears to be a bug in the app. If so, all you can do is wait for Arlo to fix it.
Getting a monthly subscription in the meantime is an option (though annoying).

I see app 5.4.2 has been released which may fix this. Keep checking to get the update (I just checked but I don't see it yet).
