Well of course there's no forum for Accessories, so my request for help may not work.

If this company actually, in reality, makes a Smart Hub where video can be stored, I'm looking for user documentation and specs. Missing in action on company website, and there is no way to contact a living , breathing employee.

So I would be grateful for any pointers to the info I seek. It's unfortunate that this experience doesn't boost my confidence in this brand, but it gets high ratings so I'm willing to push forward a little more. Thank you.

The user manuals are integrated with the Ultra and Pro 3:

However, these describe the "library" user interface, not the "feed" one that is in the process of being rolled out,

Thanks very much for the links. At least the product seems to exist. I'm planning to abandon my Wyze cameras for poor image quality and unreliable event detection and playback. BUT - with micro SD cards in each camera I get several days of continuous recording, which AFAIK Arlo with cloud storage does not. Fortunately it seems, based on the "Pro 3 User Manual" whose link you gave me, that the Hub will do continuous recording to an attached USB stick, but the documentation does not explicitly say that. Can you or any other forum member confirm?

Without this forum I'd have no way of getting this info and no way to contact the manufacturer. Still doesn't inspire confidence.

Continuous recording can only be from the cloud, not locally. You would need to purchase the CVR (continuous video recordings) subscription as well as power the camera via AC power for this to work.
