So I have been waiting to see a reply on this, but nothing.
With the new app are we allowed to created a schedule for our cameras or does that require paying for a plan?

Yes, no subscription is required for that.

I noticed today that the "new app" was activated without any action on my part. I have 3 shared access accounts.
In my main account, I can see the new interface. In a second account as well. In a third account, when I log in through the browser, I still see the "old" interface and no devices anymore. It is exactly the same in the Android app. I deleted the access and added it again, but the issue remains unchanged. I still need to check the last account (I do not have the login credentials yet).
What is going on here? How can I get this account working properly again?

You need to migrate it to the new interface ("Feed").
There is a hack to do that. You go into "add device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera (even though you don't have one). That of course will fail. But the account will migrate to "Feed" before you get stuck.
