I pay monthly for a subscription but still can't see anything over a month. I tried on the app and the desktop.
I tried to talk to an agent but it says I'm not able to because of whatever reason.
Any ideas?

The subscription plan allows you to access the arlo cloud recordings for the last 30days, 60days in the EU.
The only method to have recordings longer is to have a base/hub with a storage device attached and implemented so you can remove the backup storage device to review on a pc.
