to be fair, I don't hate design of the new app.  probably the design is making sense to me.  probably since I haven't tried the ("much better") old app.

ANYHOW, even though the design of new app is making sense to me, the fact that it has been messily coded and implemented has ruined the whole service delivery.  ARLO's creepy move of retreating non-subscription features and pushing for more subscribers has further upsetted more and more users.
