I am still being charged after ending my subscription

hello, I am very frustrated with the customer service at arlo, or lack there of for that matter. I cancelled my subscription in May and am still being charges, I reached out received no response and tried to call and could not ever get anyone on the phone.

 

this is beginning to feel like a scam, can anyone help me here? anyone with any insight?

In the meantime I suggest you dispute the charges with your credit card company.
