Both my Arlo Pro 2 & Arlo Essential XL Outdoor (Gen 1) are showing up in the Arlo Secure app as unavailable.

One was plugged into power, and the other had solar.
I took both cameras down and plugged them into different power supplies, to no avail.

 

Did the life of these two cameras just end?

 Both models should still work.

 

Are both connected through your base?

 

Did you try removing/reinserting the battery on the Pro 2?

Also, did you try power-cycling the base?
