Ya pagué un plan y aun no tengo servicios

Me llega las notificaciones, pero no graba nada.

Por favor necesito ayuda!

 

I already paid for a plan and still don't have any services.

 

I'm getting notifications, but nothing is recorded.

 

Please, I need help.

Are you seeing the plan in your account?  Have you checked that the cameras are in the plan on the subscriptions page?

I just changed the monthly plan to annual and when I want to watch videos, a message appears that says no plan, but when I go to my account it says the plan I bought

@Maugepe looking into the account I do see the subscription, however it has no devices listed on the account. Is there any chance you purchased the subscription with a different email address? Can you check what email address you have in your Arlo Secure App and then send me a dm. I can then let you know if it is the same one I am seeing with the subscription.

@Maugepe  and @19Maugepe60 the subscription is under the email address you used under the first user name you responded to in this post. Your devices are on the email that were provided. The reason you are not seeing the subscription is due to it being under a different email address then the cameras are on.
