No Arlo Tech Support??

Per case # 44889011 I which I originally opened through the Arlo app, and later called the tech support number I was told that a tech would call me back. I've now been waiting for almost 12 hours for a callback, only to ask a human a simple question. I've been a customer of Arlo for 6 years and recently bought 2 new cameras to add to my Arlo ecosystem. Tomorrow I will be sending my 2 new Arlo cameras back and begin my search for a better camera ecosystem with real support.
