Hi there,

I followed the support instructions to find Settings > Subscription or Manage, but I cannot find this interface anywhere—whether on the web version, Android app, or iOS web version. It seems the interface has been updated, and I can no longer find the "No Plan" section. Because of this, I’m unable to drag other cameras to the "No Plan" area.

I currently have a Doorbell Essential Wireless, but unfortunately, I can’t get it to connect to the app. I ordered a new one, but in the meantime, I would like to temporarily use another camera with the Secure Single Camera plan.

Thanks for any help! It’s already frustrating that my Doorbell Essential Wireless isn’t working, and now I can’t even transfer the Secure Single Camera subscription rights—making this situation even worse…

Thank you!

Make sure the Doorbell is off the account. And then remove the camera that you are wanting on the subscription and re-add it to the account and it should move over to the subscription.

Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app menu, or do you instead see "Library".

AFAIK you cannot transfer a single camera plan.  You need to cancel and resubscribe.
