How to stop payments after account closed

I closed my account on 3/3/25 but Arlo keep taking monthly payments! The bank have blocked to most recent  card payment but how can I get in touch with them to cancel the subscription?

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

we have the same problem.

Stopped abo three months ago but we can not stop the payments.

So please help us !!!

If you'd cancelled your subscription (and have evidence/confirmation of that) but continued to be charged, you should also contact your bank and/or the office of fair trading (or equivalent) in your country to report this.
