Setting time zone

How do I check/change time zone within the latest app? My recordings seem to have the wrong time stamp. And "feed" not showing today's (early morning) recordings

Select the profile icon in the upper left of the app (or web page).  Then select "Home"

  1. Are you seeing "Feed" or "Library" in the app menu?
  2. Did you enter an address for your location?

If "Feed" and "Yes", then the system sets your timezone automatically based on the address.  There is no setting to override that.

 

You can try changing the address and changing it back.

 

Try making a manual recording to confirm that the timezone is correct.

Hi there, I'm seeing "feed" just made manual recording and popped up straight away as correct time but then disappeared only showing yesterday's recordings. Before app update lastnight I was having same issue and the old app showing "library" wouldn't update current days recordings until after midday, I'm thinking was a wrong time zone set. Managed at some point lastnight to find and set to my location but still not working and can't remember where I found that to check location settings are still correct

Many thanks I found this by fluke in my lunch break, once set location label and address it wanted me in sync base station and cameras but wasn't home to continue this then thought I'd lost the lot until I arrived home and got the notification. Address set and app/cameras all set up so should be working correctly now will find out tomorrow morning if the feed updates straight away with motion recordings. Fingers crossed. Thanks again for your help. Will update tomorrow when I gets chance

Update this morning, triggered camera leaving this morning, but entering "feed" there is still no recordings for today, curently 730am. Have just double checked my location settings and address us set right and timezone correct as well but seems to be a long delay before AM recordings are viewable in "feed" (same issue for about a year now with old app via "Library") as previously said factory reset base station only other day as well. Any ideas? I'll try update in my breaks at 10am and 1pm. Previous tests have shown no "Library" updates until after lunch. Thanks in advance

2nd update, still no feeds for today's date, as expected. Will check again at lunch and expect by noon all today's recordings will appear.

Are you located in NZ?  There were some reports of folks in Australia and NZ seeing this problem, but I thought that had been resolved.

I misunderstood your earlier posts - I didn't get the "recordings show up at 12 the following day" symptom.

Yes I'm in NZ I spoke with someone from arlo support maybe a year ago and they walked me through the long drawn out process of base and wifi reboot etc all of which I'd tried myself and nothing changed they said they'd get back intouch and never did then seen my report had been marked as resolved and trying to contact again says I'm no longer available for arlo support... update again now after 1pm and all today's "feeds" are now showing fine as they should. Only 5hrs late if I needed to view triggers of a burglar onsite.. makes them kinda useless huh.

If anyone has had issue and resolved please let me know how... would be very much

@Kiwiarlo Do you mind sending me screenshots of what you are seeing. And also so the development team can look into this further we would like you to generate some logs for us. Are you using an Android or a iOS device?

Hi there I'm using android.  Note today's date 25/7/2025 1030am 4x missing feeds.
