How are you supposed to get support when you dont receive the Pin email ? Do they not have a text option ?

Not sure what you're trying to say. Are you having issues logging and getting the code used for 2FA or are you trying to access support itself while logged in? For the former (no email), use the "Try another method" (or similar) link when logging in to choose the SMS method.
