Saw the offer in app: 99cents for 3 months if taken until June 22nd. Logged in on the web and can’t seem to get access to that offer.. z

I didn't receive any email offers regarding this, but I still see it occasionally in the app. Let me attach the latest (from a few minutes ago...).
Still same flow, try to activate, get into the log in screen (accept log in from app), flow continues to subscription page but its for $4.99 per month.

Did you ever get this issue resolved? The same thing just happened to me. I was logged in, the offer popped up, I clicked on it & I was told I needed to authorize the device. I did so, and said it’s a trusted device, but the offer never came back, and it never redirected me back to that page when I logged in for the second time after verifying that I was on a trusted device, .

Yeah. It was not super straightforward but they got to it in the end.
After this interaction, a customer rep messaged me over a different support platform. Then they scheduled a phone call. And after the phone call, they sent me a coupon code that worked.
